Nice surprise for me this week to see two of my roaring red stag photos being used on the cover of two magazines; one here in Norway and other in New Zealand. Still get a buzz from seeing my work being published.

Roe Deer and Goshawk Hides
Spent the weekend sitting in two different hides.
On Saturday I was in my roe deer/moose hide. At one point there were 9 moose in front of of the hide but it was only 6.30am and here in Norway at this time of the year that’s still very dark, so no pics of them. But a couple of roe deer showed up later in better light and a got a few shots of a nice young buck (see below).
On Sunday I was back in Even Hønsen Agerup goshawk hide (see earlier post). But unfortunately the goshawk didn’t appear in front of the hide, although I did hear it calling from time to time. Oh well, that’s nature photography 
!!
