Villmarksliv Round 1, 2013
Sorry for my silence over the last three months, have been busy processing a huge backlog of images and getting out into the field as much as I can. Will try to post some images on a far more regular basis form now on.
Lets start with my first five images entered in this year Villmarksliv competition. There have been a few rules changes this year, the biggest being that only images taken in Norway (including Svalbard), Sweden and Finland can be entered in the competition.

Goshawk Feeding – 37 points – Silver. Taken with a Canon 1D Mark IV with the Canon 500 mm f/4L IS lens. ISO 1600. 1/250 @ f/5.6.
Red In White – 34 points – Bronze. Taken with Canon 1D Mark III with the Canon 500 mm f/4L IS lens with 1.4X teleconverter attached. ISO 800. 1/640 sec @ f/5.6.
Bull Moose – 34 points – Bronze. Taken with a Canon 1D Mark III + 500 mm f/4L IS lens. ISO 800. 1/125 sec @ f/4.
Autumn Great Tit – 33 points – Bronze. Taken with a Canon 1D Mark IV with the Canon 500 mm f/4L IS lens. ISO 3200. 1/200 @ f/9.
